No problem. I have a samsung monitor thats doing the same thing. And from what i’ve been reading, all i need to do is change out the caps. As long as you have a basic knowlage on how to solder you should be able to fix it. Look for any caps that have buldging tops or leaking slightly. When in doubt, change em all. they’re cheap…. like 30 cents a piece

It basically Receives power but begins turning on and off repeatedly?
